Please note that most of the models we make are single and limited pieces because of the authentic and traditional elements and parts of Bulgarian costumes that we use in combination to make them. If the model you wish to order is not AVAILABLE in the size you require, please contact us at office@veza.bg for the opportunity to place an individual order, as the lead time will be extended from 5 to 10 working days depending on whether the same or similar authentic item is available. Once we specify all the details of the model and you receive an email from us confirming your order the lead time will take effect. We therefore reserve the right to offer items that are not available at the time of order, but could work if the same or similar authentic item is available.
Deliveries within Bulgaria are carried out by the courier company Econt and Speedy . Price of delivery is determined by the courier companies Econt and Speedy. The standard delivery time is from 1 to 3 working days (exception are settlements that are served by the schedule of Econt or Speedy).
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are processed accordingly – Monday or the first business day after the holiday. Orders are processed until 4 pm on weekdays. Orders received after 4pm are processed the next working day.
2. Payment method:

2.2 Payment by cash on delivery/ courier payment on delivery
Orders with cash on delivery are delivered to the office or to your address with EKONT or Speedy.
In case of return of an order, the courier service is charged to the customer.
For individual orders ( by customer size), the full amount of the order is paid in advance, which is done only by bank transfer. Exchange or return of individual orders are NOT accepted.
3. Order processing refusal
We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or change any material or content from it. Although we will always do our best to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order once we have sent confirmation of the order. We reserve the right to do this at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing, any product from this website, or for removing or modifying, any material or content from the website or for failing to process an order after we have sent an order confirmation
4. Return Policy:
The user has the right within 14 days to cancel the goods they have purchased, and may choose to return the product from a personal address or an office of an Econt courier company. The customer does not have to pay any costs, except for return shipping. The time limit starts from the date ofreceipt of yourorder. The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the bank account you have indicated in the return request that accompanies each shipment.
You may only return the garment/clothing you have ordered where there is NO damage caused by misuse – it is not torn, worn, washed, ironed, with signs of make-up and/or stains. All tags on the item must be retained. We reserve the right, if we find that any of these conditions have not been met, not to refund your account and have to send the returned garment back to you. We do not accept responsibility for garments that have not been treated correctly, so please follow the care instructions we have provided on the instruction labels.

Manufacturing defects of the goods (discovered upon receipt of the product(s) or within 14 days if the above return conditions are met) ; Non-conformity with the size or model advertised/ordered ;
